GBVBA Annual Sporting Clay Event

The GBVBA Sporting Clay event is a month away!  We are touching base with all of our sponsors/advertisers so you know what to expect. This year we have 30 (5 person) TEAMS participating and we could not be more thrilled!! We will be using all of the shooting stations at the range, please see the attached overview. There are no covered structures in most of the areas. If you and your company plan on attending the event and sitting at your station we strongly recommend bringing your own canopy and chairs. Also, we need to know if you will be attending.  Also, will you have snacks and promo items on your table?

As an event sponsor you are able to attend the event and talk to the shooters. We will provide a sign with your company’s name on it that will be placed by your designated sporting clay shoot station. You may place your banner on the canopy (you will want to bring cord to secure it) along with placing any material about your company under your tent. Also, it is very important that you bring ear plugs and be sure to have protective eyewear such as sunglasses. Some empty casings could come close to your area. We will have snacks and waters under the pavilion but suggest having water or Gatorade at your tent. NO ALCOHOL may be distributed prior to the completion of competition. Beer/Seltzers will be provided after competition and during lunch and the awards.

To get an accurate headcount, please confirm how many people from your company will be attending.

Your company will get recognition at the event and on all Social Platforms.

Registration Opens & Warm Up: 8:00 AM

Shooting Competition:  9 AM

Please arrive early to set up your space prior to competition.

Lunch will be served after the competition.

Range Rules

•         Absolutely NO Alcohol Drinking before or during shooting competition.

•         All shooters must wear a wristband; if the wristband is removed

shooter may no longer shoot.

•         No shooter will be permitted to shoot without safety glasses and ear plugs.

•         No one is permitted in front of stations or sidewalks unless shooting.

•         Guns must have chamber open and be unloaded until at your station

and ready to shoot.

•         Once through shooting, please return score cards to the registration desk.
