Morrell Munyon is a Texas A&M graduate, Class of 2012, and earned his MBA in Finance from Sam Houston State University in 2024. He is the founder of Brazos Valley Business Intelligence (BVBI), a reporting and dashboarding firm that helps businesses turn accounting and operational data into clear, decision-ready insight.

With more than a decade of experience in corporate finance, technical reporting, and dashboard development, Morrell works with builders, property managers, developers, and other real estate professionals who are tired of relying on spreadsheets to run the business. BVBI specializes in connecting systems such as Yardi, QuickBooks, and Excel-based processes to robust dashboards that help visualize occupancy, vacancy, rent trends, lease expirations, square footage, project costs, asset performance, and other operational KPIs that matter most.
