Tiffani, originally from Houston, TX, graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Studies. She joined RNL Homes in 2024 after spending 7 years in the Property Management Industry. As the Operations Manager, she brings a wealth of experience and a passion for excellence to our team.

Her approach to operations is characterized by meticulous organization, communication, and a deep commitment to RNL. She believes that every task should be approached with passion and kindness, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and care.

Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her children and husband. She also enjoys gardening and nurturing her growing collection of houseplants, which keeps her grounded and inspired. She can't wait to meet you and looks forward to contributing to your journey in creating the perfect home.
